The room was immaculate and quiet with the sofa, a bathtub and 2 queen beds AND a pull out couch in a separate sitting area, we felt like at home. The location was great and incredible, close to Biltmore Square.

We live an hour south of Atlanta. We came for a college visit for my oldest son. There were six of us with two rooms(4 teenagers) everybody had a bed. We were able to utilize the facilities. Boys enjoyed the pool and sauna. I utilized the treadmill. My wife loves Carrabbas! It was right next door so we were able to walk to dinner without having to get back in the car after the long drive. It was clean, spacious and very reasonable. Six people, two rooms and everybody had a bed including sofa beds. I got out for just under $200. No complaints!
King side bed rooms only have one tv. Rooms with two double beds have two tv'S. If that matters to you, then you may want to take that into consideration when making your room selection.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were taking a quick mini trip before our son shipped out with the Marines. The location was great we were close to the places we wanted to be.
The pool was freezing. We noticed the second day they were draining it so maybe there was a problem with something. We were charged more than our receipt according to our bank statement and we are waiting to see how that will be handled.

The rooms were newly renovated and had a modern style. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a pull-out couch in a separate sitting area. - the location was fantastic, as it was close to downtown, the interstates, and adjacent restaurants.

Located just next door to chain restaurants, the Biltmore shopping area, and the entrance to the Biltmore Estate. Pet-friendly. - Modern room with a sofa that was also a trundle bed. WiFi Smoke detectors for guests' safety
